Our experience with Neptune’s Plumbing has been excellent. We had a leak under our sink and Issac had availability right away to come and fix the leak. They were very responsive with phone and email!

From the moment the technician arrived at my house, Neptune's Plumbing showed top‑tier professionalism. The plumber was punctual, friendly, and explained each step of the repair clearly. They quickly diagnosed the leak and completed the plumbing repair efficiently, leaving the work area spotless. I especially appreciated how they handled my call as an emergency plumber, arriving promptly and getting everything fixed on the spot. The whole experience was seamless and stress‑free, and I would gladly recommend Neptune's Plumbing for any residential plumbing needs.

Highly recommend. Very fair fee structure for a licensed plumber. We had an issue with our bathroom drainage system. They were able to come the next morning and diagnosed the issue quickly. Importantly, the plumber let us know that as annoying as the issue was, there was no danger of it getting worse or of anything breaking further. He gave us a quote to address the issue and applied zero pressure for us to go forward with the work. Based on this experience, Neptune's seems like an honest and qualified service provider. I will certainly call on them first for future plumbing needs.

Isaac was great and super knowledgeable. He did various jobs for me (replaced my kitchen faucet, flush my hot water tank, installed an electrical anode, replace 2 water valves, and fit a washing machine tray in a very odd space) and I am very happy with all of his work! I would recommend Isaac for any plumbing needs.

Issac is officially stored in my phone as THE Plumber! His response was quick, professional and friendly. Don’t usually get all 3 these days. He also went about and beyond by doing extra things to enhance the service experience- at no extra charge. If you’re looking for a plumber, just stop here, and call. You won’t be disappointed. Promise!

HONEST WITH INTEGRITY. I love supporting local small businesses, and Neptune Plumbing is the plumber you can truly trust. Isaac showed up on time, professional, and extremely organized, fixing two toilet issues no other plumber could and providing an affordable solution for two leaking faucets. His work is clean, efficient, and reliable. Prices were far better than any plumber I’ve used, and the quality of workmanship was exceptional. Whether it’s toilet repairs, faucet repairs, or general plumbing solutions, Isaac delivers honest value, expert guidance, and affordable plumbing services every time. If you need a trustworthy, local plumber, call Isaac at Neptune Plumbing. You will not be disappointed. Isaac came to replace a 50-gal gas water heater, and did a meticulous job. He is flexible and knows his work as a professional. You can trust him.
